To use this option, your AdWords account must be linked to your Analytics account. The predefined goals for Call Tracking – based on event tracking – must be imported from your Google Analytics account into your AdWords account.
After importing the predefined goals, you can see exactly what keywords and landing pages were responsible for the incoming phone calls.
