Call recording allows you to record incoming calls that have been established by Call Tracking. So you can listen them back afterwards. In this way you will find out even more valuable information about your incoming calls, so you can enhance your services.
When you want to use call recording, you must meet several requirements*:
- The incoming caller should be aware that the conversation will be recorded for training and service purposes. This message is automatically activated by AdCalls when call recording is enabled.
- In addition, you must be registered with the ‘Bel-me-niet’-register.
