Multi tracking numbers

icon-blue-micCompared to dynamic Call Tracking – where one phone numbers is issued for each new visitor – multi tracking numbers will show multiple phone numbers. This way you know which office your visitor contacted.

Multi tracking numbers can be used:

  • When, in addition to the reference channel, you want to know which office your visitor contacted.
  • If you want to show a specific area code for different regions.

When you use this feature, an additional report will be added to your dashboard. Here you can find the following information:

  • The number of calls per office, including the main calls statistics
  • The ratings of calls per office
  • And a list of the best performing marketing channels per office
